Trade Mission to the UK – Invitation to Indian Law Firms
The Law Society of England and Wales is inviting a limited number of Indian law firms to visit the UK from 2-5 September 2008 in order to meet UK law firms and entrepreneurs from United Kingdom interested in establishing or doing business in India.
The trade mission will begin in London with an introductory meeting and number of networking opportunities. Participants will then be able to visit up to three additional UK legal centres: Cambridge, Birmingham and Leeds (exact destinations to be confirmed). In each regional centre there will also be an introductory event to showcase the local economy with a chance to meet a wider business audience.
Participation on this mission will beneficial to entrepreneurs who are;
-> Interest in working on international transactions or with international clients;
-> Interested in at least one of the following areas: Mergers and acquisitions, gaining access to work in India and International commercial property.
-> Capacity to undertake international referral work which can be indicated by number of partners or entrepreneurs.
